      I think a common multi-meter would melt at those high amp draws.
      This might work though:
      100 Amp 6 Volt/12 Volt Battery Load Tester
      
      Hook it up to the battery and then run each fan separately.

      That battery tester measures voltage only. For a multimeter you need a shunt. A shunt installs in series with the circuit to be tested and has a post installed to attach your meter.
