    Vintage Mustang Forum
Don't see any location for you.If you lived near B.C. I could give you another FMX complete and in working condition for $100. Came out of a 69 T Bird. You can still get some parts for these up here, also a few of the older trans shops still have the odd one sitting in the storage rooms.

  5. 69 steering wheel

    Vintage Mustang Forum
Before you pull the steering wheel off again, turn it so that you front tires are straight forward, not to the left or right. Then when you pull the wheel you have a starting place that will be very close to correct. Then you can check the turns left to right to center the wheels. Don

    Vintage Mustang Forum
Fuel pump would sputter a bit before it quits. This could be a faulty coil.Happend a couple of times to me, once on my 70 pickup and another on a 260Z I had.Engine would just quit.Had the Z into the shop many times, even had a Datsun mechanic travel 60 miles to the car to try and figure it...

If someone has played with the wiring then it might be wired to a hot wire which does not shut off with the ignition. If no one has changed any wires then it is in the switch. The 4 way should work in all ignition switch positions. That is its purpose, to work when the ig. is off. The signals...

Thanks for the info. On Californiaspecial.com/history.htm It does say that Ford ask Shelby to develope the GT/CS. That might be where this info comes from. They stopped making these in July of 68..It does not say if they carry the Shelby name though.
