  1. LED Light Upgrades

    Vintage Mustang Forum
I have Vintage Car led headlights a little flatter then I wanted but other than that look OEM and no relay. I have LED tail light bulbs and they were no brighter then a 1157 bulb. So for tail lights I would go with Vintage LEDS I don't have them but I will.
  2. Oil capacity for '74 302 engine in 67 Mustang

    Vintage Mustang Forum
All the Ford pickups I had with a 302 were 5 quarts. This would be in the pan only the block has nothing to do with it. If you have another pan measure the deep part of the pan and compare it to the one in the car.

  11. Do I need to replace this upper control arm

    Vintage Mustang Forum
As long as they are not to deep and the bolt hole fit is ok I would put a washer on it just to help. They were done by a cut off wheel or air chisel to remove the rivets that held the ball joints on originally.
  12. 66 Coupe Window not fitting after new roof rail weatherstrip installed ?

    Vintage Mustang Forum
If I understand you right this was fine till you put in the weatherstrip and now it sounds like the weatherstrip is pushing the vent window frame at the top is that right? You can adjust the vent window frame in and out so it don't push as hard on the seal. I don't know if this can be done but...

  17. Trouble Shooting Manual Brakes

    Vintage Mustang Forum
You said it is a Proportioning valve It's not a Combination valve is it? Because if it's a Combination valve and you did not use that special tool you need when you bleed the brakes it can stop or slow the fluid to the front or rear of the car. A combination valve will have both lines from the...
  18. Rear Brake Hose '66 Dual Exhaust

    Vintage Mustang Forum
The hose you have is for dual exhaust and may be to short to make it to the bracket because the dual exhaust cars the hard line bracket is in a different spot on the floor and your old hose is for single exhaust. The picture that rhutt shows is how it mounts to the rear. If you use the dual hose...
