Out of curiosity, is this a Dynacorn hood? Also if you are in the US, NPD sells a much better hood than the standard boxed Dynacorn. I think Rick mentioned at one time the better repro has TK stamped on the underside.

I bought 3 before I got one that fit correctly. The good one came from NPD.

I just picked up a 2 row ACP aluminum rad as well for my 66, 289 Four Seasons clutch fan with no spacer. I'm using stock motor mounts and my fan clutch is only 1/4" away from the rad. So it's either a different fan clutch or I'll be looking at an electric fan.

Measured my ACP rad and it looks like the Four Seasons fan clutch 36954 is too close to my rad, have just 1/4" clearance. Even with the new Hayden 2947, that still only allows for roughly 1/2" clearance. @LeeFred what model clutch fan are you running? How much clearance on your car?
