Purchased from a garage door installer (Joel) who had a client that was an attorney. Joel asked the attorney if it was for sale and he said yes. The attorney had traded legal work with a client who was a mechanic. I believe the mechanic did some work, painted the car and complete the trade, probably back in the later 80's.
