History
1980-2003: sat disassembled in a backyard in Phoenix, AZ.
2003: I purchased the car and all parts; parts were boxes with hardware mixed in 5 gallon buckets. Began the restoration and it went many different directions before I set my sights on building an accurate '66 GT350 clone.
2005-2013: Moved multiple times with the Army; the car sat at my dad's house until 2012 when he trailered it from California to Tenn, where I was stationed.
2012: Continued restoration. Started Mustang for first time.
2013: Drove Mustang for first time. Had entire car painted.
2016: Finished chasing leaks/squeeks/vibrations and completed interior installation. Car fully assembled for first time in 35+ years.
2018: Finished my 2nd engine rebuild. Currently have 2500 miles on car since my restoration with about 500 miles on new engine.
