General Information

Purchased the car in December of 1989. Rebuilt it in 2010. Blew motor in 2015 and it sat as a shell until 2020. Began Version 2.0 of the rebuild and finished it in May of 2022.
1965 Ford Mustang (Red/Black).

351W stroked to a 427. AFR 185 heads. Erson custom grind cam. Borla 8 stack EFI. Dougs1 3/4 Headers. Scorpion 1.6 roller rocker arms. March serpentine pulley's (6 rib belt set up). Cross flow radiator from Summit Racing with dual electric fans. Aeromotive in tank electric fuel pump. -6AN fittings and lines. Installed a TKO 600 and has a Ford 9 inch from Quick Performance with posi-traction and 3:88 gears. Has an aluminum drievshaft.
Pretty much stock, but added embroidery to the seats of Cobra snake and Speedhut custom gauges. It now has a center console with cup holders and entertainment center complete with back-up camera.
Shaved door handles, emblems, drip rails, bumper bolts and key holes. Cowl hood and side stripe kit.

Running factory style lighting, but everything has been upgraded to LED
Custom built 3 inch exhaust. Runs through Dynomax race bullet mufflers, under the axle and out the back. Off the header there is a cutout that leads to side exhaust exiting in front of the rear tires. A remote controls if I run rear exit or side exit exhaust.
Installed a Mustang II front suspension from Mustang's to Fear. Installed inner apron panels to smooth out the engine bay. Running Wilwood manual disc brakes all around with 6 piston calipers up front and 4 piston out back. Standard rear suspension with stiffer leaf springs and Cal-Trac bars. Added 1.5 inch lowering blocks to rear. Car has adjustable QA1 shocks all the way around
Wheel and Tire
Running Schott Mach V's in the cover lock version. 18 x 9 out back and 18 x 7 up front. Running a 275/35/18 tire out back. Car is not mini tubbed, but the rear axle was shortened by 1 inch on each side and the QTR panel lips have been cut off.
