Does anyone know where to get a 1 1/8" sway bar for the from end on my 69 mach 1 428 and still be able to get the oil filter off?

Maybe a factory 90 degree filter adapter would make it all work?

NPD Has a 1" bar that I have on my car.

I should have clarified my comment. I have a 1967 big block. ie. (390 GTA)

Several venders carry the same bars as NPD . And it rubs also !
