Hi all, I have a 1 inch sector short shaft manual steering box in my '67 that has the "clunk" in it, and that tells me it is in need of repair/replacement. So next spring I'm going to send my 1 inch sector steering box to Chockostang. I'm unable to do any work like that with the car over winter. I'm thinking of switching over to the 1 1/8 sector box as they are much more common, and just buying one of Chock's restored steering boxes. I'll need the 1 1/8 pitman (manual steering) of course. But, are there any other issues I might need to be aware of before I go ahead and start ordering parts? Thanks in advance.
