Have owned this car 26 years and rebuilt ground-up 3 years ago. Motor is 200 inline with .060 overbore, pistons, rings, bearings, cam, valve job, 2-barrel, hot ignition, exhaust work, and more. Car has about 20,000 miles while engine has about 10,000 since rebuild. New interior with new seat foam under new covers...Much more. Suspension has new V8 (heavy duty) springs. Rears rated 85 lbs. OEM, now 115 lbs., gas shocks, rear sway-bar, poly bushings, front discs, Monty Carlo bar, export brace, and dual chamber master. Body is straight and painted graphite grey with satin black hood, brightwork, and rear taillight area. The engine and driveline were set up for highway driving with the air conditioner on, a trunk full of luggage, and two old corn-fed adults inside. At 75 mph it gets 24/25 mpg depending on driving habits. Many extras...1973 Maverick 200 motor, new HEI distributor, 4 OEM 14" wheels with radials, and more. Selling to finish building a Sunbeam Alpine with a Ford 2.3 and overdrive...hoping for 35 mpg on highway. Wife and I retired and travel a lot. Mustang has been driven to Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and all over Texas. Even won a couple of awards. Car ready to drive home with extra parts, $11,500.00.
