Question is: My smaller pinion yoke does not have the "tabs" for the Ujoint holder or cradle that the big yoke has. Is this ok? Am I to understand that my 6 cyl 3 speed has the c-shaped locks on the inner ujoint and the ubolts to hold the outer whole ujoint in place after centering it?
Thank you for all answers!
As Woodchuck says, the lower yoke uses the c clips on the ujoint caps. That's why the inside of those yoke flanges have a machined surface.
