I had this on my 68 coupe for awhile. I am not 100% sure of its original application.
Original 67-68 Mustang air cleaner base, lid, and K&N air filter.The base is the lighter Ford blue, and the lid is the darker Ford blue. This would also fit practically all Ford's with 2 or 4 barrel carbs thru the 70's. 289, 302, 351, 360, 390, 428....... Chrome lid is available for $90 more.
