Hey guys,

Fairly new to the forums, but had a question and was hoping someone could help me out.

Ordered and replaced the fuel sending unit with one from NPD in my 67', the gauge worked great for about 4 days, then went to start up the car with an almost full tank of gas and the needle only moved up a little past the E position. Anytime I fill up the tank now the needle will go to the first quarter hash for the first start up, then only go a little past E anytime after that.

Like I said, the whole sending unit is practically brand new....Is it possible that the floater already has a hole in it??? What could my problem be?
