I am the 2nd owner of a 1967 mustang, It was originally a California car (until two years ago where it is now in the mid west area) and I believe other that some usual replacements parts ( heater core, radiator, fuel pump) the car is completely original. No body work has ever been done on this car. It may have had a repaint at some point due to California sun. My question is that the dash pad is slightly cracked and the plastic around gauges is somewhat faded/dis-colored. Should I replace with new pieces or keep the originals in place for value? Any opinions are appreciated.

Welcome to VMF. If you are planning to keep the car indefinitely then replace them. If you want & have the room to store the parts you take off then keep them.
