I would like to add a dome light to the ceiling of my '68 FB, but there isn't any readily apparent way to mount it - there is no cross bracing on the FB roof.

Anybody else been down this path and willing to share some ideas?

Thanks,

Andrew

So, the lights under the dash and in the quarter trim panels aren't enough to screw up your night vision?

You could add a 67-68 overhead console. That has maplights in it. Of course, you'll have to add the brackets for mounting it.

Thanks for the replies

Yeah, I thought about the overhead console - I guess that is the route you took in 1968 if you wanted better lighting. I'll probably just keep what I've got - it is a little cave like at night with a black interior.

Thanks,

You should have four courtesy lights now. Six, if you have a floor console.
