Looks nice! I think you should absolutely get that A/C hose replaced and the system up to snuff. I can promise you that is a serious buyer concern issue no matter how simple you may say a repair might be, and you're in frying pan TEXAS to boot. In the car biz it's a serious value hit. I would stop that from being a concern/negotiating tactic/objection. I can just hear a prospective buyer now:
"If it's only a bad hose, why didn't YOU fix it?" :shrug:
