Buy a conversion kit from csrp. Very reasonably priced, and a very nice kit with everything you need. Just finished doing the conversion on my 69' this week.

Give Dennis at csrp a call and he can tell you exactly which kit you need. For my car I went with the .1421 kit, which is probably the one you'll need provided you already have 5 lug hubs. I think it was right at $600 for my kit, but I upgraded to power brakes which was a little more, because you have to buy a booster. I can't say what it would cost to install, I did mine myself. It's really a pretty easy install though, everything is a direct bolt on. You don't have to modify anything, other than plumbing in a proportioning valve, which is pretty trivial.

CSRP recommended the 65-67 KH 4 Piston Caliper Based Kit for my 69 drum car. i believe he said the KH 4 piston based configuration is better performing.

it was a nice complete kit for me.
