I got one for my 68 off ehay. just a scan of the actual manual. Not too bad, but some (5 or 6) of the pages have some bad spots. The CD envelope said it was a licensed FoMoCo product, but the CD label and the envelope sure looked like someone did it on the computer. Still, it is nice just to print the copy of the page I'm working and not wory about fingerprints. That and with the laser at work to print 11x17 paper, makes the wire prints easy to read.
I did the same for my '66. I have the same review. I think that it's worth it, because you do save some money over buying one from NPD or elsewhere. I just thought that was a little too expensive from them.
There are two versions of tail light assemblies for the 1965 Mustang "Pigtail" and "Plug"

Restoring a 'Tang to "original" is not easy because a lot of the aftermarket parts are a major improvement.

I have a 66 with a T5 and a tired old 289. I'd like to install a nice running 1989 mustang 5.0 HO I found from a local foxbody guy. The problem is, I only know carburetors. Like all of us, I'm doing this on a budget. I'm also not familiar with fuel cells.
My understanding is...
The plastic slider on one had a crack in it but I mistakenly thought it would hold. As soon as I got the metal frame painted and began to re-assemble it the cracked corner which has one of the sliding tabs broke off and the tab is now separate so it broke right in the rivet hole for the tab...
Trying to do some compression number calcs to see if these heads would be a good fit for my 289.
Currently a stock 66 289.
Twisted Wedge 170 w/ dual springs and 61cc chambers
What's the stock comp #s with factory heads?
What would the comp be with the 61cc chambers on the TW?
Plans are for a...
