i bought a reproduction shaker for my 1970 fastback. The hole is cut, everything seems to line up but I can’t seem to find the right air filter to fit it. AutoZone says STP SA340A is supposed to fit. At first glance, I thought it would but it is slightly too tall and the extra height makes the air cleaner lid interfere with the shaker assembly when trying to put the shaker top on. Anyone know of a filter that will work properly?

It took the guys at my local O'Reilly a long time to find a filter that would work in my Cleveland shaker. The best example they could find is still 1/8" too small all the way around, but it does work and it's not visible. If nobody else responds, I'll try to get the part number the next time I pop my shaker. (Gee, that sounds somewhat suggestive.)
