Did the 69/70s have a divider panel at the back of the trunk? I can’t seem to find in any online catalog.

True. But the item you noted is structural steel panel that must be welded in. I imagine the OP is looking for a black cardboard panel to hide large opening below the package tray in the trunk. It has always looked as though there should be something there. In cars equipped with a fold-down seat, there was. The door.
