Good morning guys, today's project 2004 mustang rear seat. Why it has fold down trunk access and a spot for 3 point harnesses. Here is a pic of the progress so far.
I wanted updated front seats, something that looked like it belonged. The newer mustang headrest didn't look good to me. And all of them the back seat never matched. It's been allot of work but adding 3 point belts for all four passengers feels a little bit safer.
I installed 2004 Mach 1 front and rear seats in my son's 70 fastback in 2007. I have better pictures somewhere, but can not find at the moment. Just took these with cell phone

Well here is some more pics, I ended up installing the front 3 point seat belt and hiding the retractor between the rear seat and the body in the gap. I also sent down the flange on the top of the rear seat and installed the package tray over it. And started installing the center console. ?
Thanks, I am going to get some floral foam form it out and make a fiberglass mould. I ended up putting my seatbelt retractors under the seats in the gap and I made some seat belt bezels for them.
