289 heads on 5.0 let me keep original brackets?

I am in the middle of replacing the engine in one of my coupes but need some help.....

I have several 289's but I also have complete 5.0 that I would love to use but don't know if all the bolt holes will match up.

If I use the 5.0 roller block with an original 289 timing cover and original '65 289 heads, will the brackets for the A/C, P/S and alternator still bolt up?

i dont know if this means anything, but the late model 5.0 guys use 289 heads on their engines all the time...
