289 heads on 5.0 let me keep original brackets?

I am in the middle of replacing the engine in one of my coupes but need some help.....

I have several 289's but I also have complete 5.0 that I would love to use but don't know if all the bolt holes will match up.

If I use the 5.0 roller block with an original 289 timing cover and original '65 289 heads, will the brackets for the A/C, P/S and alternator still bolt up?

Thanks,
Ron

Well I really didn't get an answer to the question from the Forum but did find out from a mechanic.....

I can use a 5.0 roller block with original roller lifters and pushrods, 1965 vintage 289 heads, 68-75 302 dished pistons (not 5.0 flat tops) and the 289 timing cover. This will give me about 9:1 compression (or a tad lower) and all original A/C, P/S and Alternator brackets. Any aftermarket aluminum intake will do.

More horsepower, more efficient and it will still have the semi-stock appearance.

Thanks,
Ron
