Need a oil pan to fit a 67 with a built 302, taking it out of a fox car. Gonna try the junk yard search first. What will fit from a 70-80's car? Are all oil pans from those front sump years the (60-80's) the same?

Thanks

As far as I know any 289/302 front sump pan should work for you..It shouldn't matter if its out of a pickup or a car...I used to do a lot of motor swapping when I was younger and never had any problems..351 Windsor pans look very similar but do not fit the 289/302 engines...While your taking the oil pan I would get the timing cover and dipstick as well.

Make sure your pickup tube gets into the oil or a bottom end rebuild will follow shortly. I have a buddy that blew up a new 350 bowtie because he swapped on a Vette pan and didn't realize he needed the pickup tube too. I hear ya knocking but you can't come in!
