I need some help with a few things. My car doesn't have any power options. 1st I know my t10 will work but I need to change the flywheel to a manual. What size and weight will I need? 2nd will the stock exhaust manifolds work and if not what are my header choices? 3rd if I have read correctly I need (new of course) 67 289 motor mounts right? Okay, anything else I need please feel free to let me know. 4th what are my radiator choices? Extra info about my find: a strong running 351C 2V with 68,000 miles from a 72 Grand Torino Sport. I will be replaces seals, gaskets, and painting the engine before the install. Here are some pics of my find.

The 289 flywheel is 157 tooth and 28 oz and will work with the 351C with the proper bellhousing.
Also a '70 164 tooth (11" clutch) 351C flywheel and bellhousing.
FPA makes headers that will work just fine.
A 390/428 radiator has the nozzles in the proper location.
If you have any Z bar issues, a 1970 351c unit will work.
A 72 Cleveland is low compression you know....
