A friend of mine has a complete, carb to pan, '70 351C that i can pick up reasonably and it runs quite good, no smoke, etc.
This would be going into my 67 coupe with a '72 C4. Any issues with this setup and any input appreciated as far as the cleveland goes.
Thanks

As stated it shouldnt be much of a problem.....

Only thing that comes to mind is that the C4 probably has the small bellhousing (medium if you count the mustangII setup) and the starter wont clear the rolled lip of the 351C oil pan.

When I used a C4 behind a 351C I ended up cutting the rolled lip of the pan near where the starter goes, leaving the gasket rail of the oil pan intact.

Also.....none of the brackets for the accessories (alternator/power steering/aircond/etc.) for a 289/302 will work on a 351C AFAIK.

I doubt the C4 and 302 kickdown rod will work either. I didnt use a kickdown rod for years.
