Out in the Garage working on the oil pan, clean-up and epoxy primer. I was looking over the bottom and was curious about the crease down the center that pushes the pan up alittle. Its right on the sump. I'm thinking hmmm...looks like its factory but maybe its a crease from some road object from the former owner..any 351C guys out there that can let me know

Both my pans have a indentation down the center of the sump with a lower portion on both sides of the sump. Flat in the center. Looks like someone pressed a 2x6 board down the center of the sump front to rear. Hope that helps.
