Has anyone used these and if so how well did they work? It would seem to me that the backspacing would change to the point where newer wheels (e.g. front wheel drive) may be used. What do you think?
My friend who used them likes them. His car looked good to me and the wheel was still stuffed under the fender. Acutally it seemed about even with outer fender how it should be. I don't like wheels sticking out past the fender lip. I think he got his whole setup at a Pepboys.
I would not recommend purchasing these adapters. Ive read about too many accidents that were caused by these things. Of course the people were going over 60 but that can be hit with any normal freeway driving. I was considering it earlier but I searched around and found some nice 4 lug wheels. If your really interested in getting 5 lug wheels, id recommend doing the conversion to 5 lugs with the granada setup.
Thanks Mike. I wan to keep the 4 lug setup at the present time. I've found that nice 4 lug wheels seem to be hard to come by. Could you pass along the information you obtained on where to purchase the 4 lug wheels and styles available?
