what year 428CJ?? are you talking pics that show a FACTORY install complete with smog, etc? as for floorpans, no one to my knowledge makes 69/70 floorpans. most everyone use the 65-68 pans which are the same dimensions as the 69/70, HOWEVER, the ribbing is a bit different on the 69/70s, so if you have to have EXACT replacements, good used pans are your only route.....
