Just curious if anyone knows what options are out there for converting a 429 to EFI/FI? Are there any donor cards/trucks to use, kits, etc?

I know some trucks have this set up but I would bet it will not be cheap if you even find a donor.

It might be possible to take a FI unit off of a late model truck that is using a 460...... but the fuel amount the computer sends to the 460 may be too much for 429 cubic inches.

Late 80s-up trucks and vans were available with EFI 460s. I don't know what you're thinking of putting it in, but if that's a Mustang I'd reconsider. You'll need about a 10-inch tall scoop to clear the intake and throttle body.
