I took my time to read through the nightmares of front and rear window trim. Watched both the CJ Pony Parts and MTF glass installation videos.
A buddy and myself tackled the window install and seemed to go really well.
Made sure all my clips were bent a little extra to allow the trim to clip in...
What is it about '68's? Heaven knows the music was outstanding, but finding '68 parts seems to be a challenge. Current problem is trying to find floor console parts. '67 stuff is reproduced all over the place now, but pretty much skip right over '68. I mean, they only made a 3rd of a million...
I need my steering wheel to be black but I have a red steering wheel. Has anyone ever tried to dye a steering wheel?
If so what did you use and what preparation did you do before dying?
Did the dye work or did it rub off since there is some much friction by your hands on the steering wheel.
