I just bought a top cover boot for my 64.5 convertible and it's way too tight to even snap it on. Tried heat gun to stretch it out but no good. Anyone else have this issue or suggestion?
thanks
Wait for a hot sunny day and try again. Attach to the seat back first, then each side, then across the back. They are supposed to be tight. Sometimes it's a little much.
If you didn't buy a TMI Boot...It's no wonder why it won't fit. TMI makes the best fitting boots..period...All the other vendors boots never fit right for some reason...must be their patterns that they are using.. NPD carries TMI Boots.
