Just wondering, about what should I expect out of a mostly
stock '65 'A' code , maybe a mild cam but otherwise stock manifold and 4V carb- conservative city driving, not much
highway -Thx.

Do you have an automatic or manual?? What kind of gears out back? I have a 65 A-Code with a T-5 and 3.55 gears.. I get on mine occasionally and get about 15 mpg around town and 18-20 highway. I would do better if I shifted earlier and did not have such a lead foot..but that is what the car was made for isn't it??
