Anyone have opinions on what compound to use to fill cracks
in an orig wheel? Is there any published 'how to' on this project? -thx.

Eastwoods sells a kit containing the correct filler and a small book. The book(let) is very thin but it has alot of pictures. You could probably get by with it.

I haven't tried it yet because my car is a daily driver and I need to get a substitute wheel.

It costs about $21 plus shipping. I was expecting more given the price.

The people who make POR-15 also make an epoxy that they recommend for steering wheel repair. I believe you can check them out at www.por15.com for more info. Good Luck!
