I've got the Rally-Pac hanging from the steering column and am trying to figure out how to get the clock opened. The bulb is burnt out and the clock only works intermittently. I thought I'd open it up and change the bulb and try to clean the contacts or something so the clock would work better. I've got the eyebrow piece off, and it looks like all I can do now is bend a few prongs. Will bending these enable me to get to the clock and the bulb? Any help on repairing one of these is appreciated.

Look at the back of the ralley pac: you will see two screws/bolts on each side. These hold the tach and clock in the housing. Remove the screws, feed the clock forward along with the wires, and then you'll see the clock bulb is a press-fit system.

Yup that's right. Remove the two retaining screws and the clock will slide out. To open up the clock you have to use side cutters to un-bend the tabs. You can check out my website at http://quartzkit.hypermart.net if you want to converto that clock to quartz.
