When I purchased my 66 Coupe, the harness was laying on the ground for the emergency flashers. I purchased the new switch and connected it last night - the flashers work great. However, I cannot figure out how to attach the switch to the top of the glove box. There are two holes in the metal of the switch, but there is only one hole on each side of the lock in the glove box. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks

It is mounted at the top left hand side near the front of the glove box. Two screws hold it on. Can't give much more than this without taking it off the car. Hope this helps.

My flasher switch mounts on the inside top of the glove box cardboard liner. It is left of center toward the front. It wasn't mentioned, but mine has a metal "backing plate" (about 1" X 2") that goes on the top side of the cardboard to add support give the nuts something to tighten against.
