Was it a factory option to have your dash painted white on a Wimbledon White exterior car with black interior or was black the only color you could have the dash.

Thanks for the reply charles.
I am referring to the metal dash which houses instruments glove box etc, could you order the metal dash white to match exterior I have only seen black with black interiors
I have a black dash pad and black pony interior

No you could not designate the color you wanted the metal part of the dash painted

If its true white and not "off" white the choices are alot fewer

In 1966, the only way you could get a white dash was to order it with a tutone pony interior such as blue/white, ivy gold/white, etc. Unless a solid color interior was ordered, the predominant color was parchment.
