Hello. I have a 1966 mustang coupe, with a completely re-done suspension, with 1" lowering springs in the front, all from mustangdepot.com. In the front I have 11" drilled and slotted willwood rotors and calipers. My brother had an 04 cobra, and I he has given me his stock wheels and tires to put on my mustang. Today when I tried to put the front wheels on, the rims touched the A-arm, and the tie rods. I am wondering, is there anything I can do to solve this problem. I have heard that 1" spacers should help? PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO. Im 17 years old, and when my brother comes back form Iraq, he will no longer allow me to drive his 03 Lightning(yes we are a proud ford family), so I need my mustang done. Thanks.

Google backspacing. I believe you have 17X9 rims. I don't think that'll work up front - even with spacers.
