What do you look for to determine if my 66 GT Coupe has factory tinted glass? Just got the car and trying to sort out the factory options. Thanks!

Well, don't look at the windows, I'll tell you that! Mine are the original Carlite windows all around, and I'll be damned if they look "tinted", but according to Marti Auto Works, they are.

Just put a sheet of white paper behind the the glass.
Leave a part sticking out (as in not behind the glass) and compare the difference . Does it change colour?
YES = tinted
NO= not tinted

I have seen tinted glass where it says "Sunx" below the Carlite name.

My coupe has the optional tinted glass all around. One could get just the windshield tinted or all glass. If it is tinted the glass will read SUNX.
