Need to replace vent window weathertstrip. Do I need to remove the vent frame? Are these pop riveted in? Appreciate any instruction.

it's 2 pieces, a rubber piece that fits in the channel and then the vertical piece. the vertical piece is not held on by regular pop rivets, but small rivets that you have to use a punch to install.
You have to remove the vent window assembly to install the other piece because you have to take out the window.
