67 Deluxe Door panels

I have the crome trim that goes around the outside of the door panel, it looks as if it uses some kind of clips or small screws to keep the trim attached to the door panel. Can anybody tell me what they use for sure?

i have seen 2 different methods of attaching them. the first is with very small screws, like 2 on each side of the trim. And then, I have seen them installed and held by taking a scratch awl and tapping down to make a dimple in the stainless that sticks into the fiberboard
