Is the information in this ebay add correct? Is the padded center hub different for a standard wheel vs deluxe wheel?

You know I never really measured, might have to do that - compare the one in my GT versus some old standard ones too see if this guy is pulling some sh*t, but does anyone actually measure the pads anyways-they are for decoration in a 67- no actual horn function.
