Can somebody give me a few tips on the best and safest way to remove the rear window on my 67 FB?
What kind of tool I need and what NOT to do.

Thanx for all your help

It's easy. Tools: window moulding clip tool. Sharp knife.
The clip tool had an edge that you use to catch the clip and pry it off the moulding. Work carefully and DO NOT press the tool down on the glass. Work one moulding at a time and have patience when pulling on your good mouldings.
Next, use the knife/razor blade and cut the rubber weather strip off of the glass as it lays there. Run the knife along the inside too. Get inside and, working from one corner, press up gently to get the glass to come loose. Have a buddy catch the loose end of the glass and lift. Out it comes. Yes, you will need new clips, they aren't often reuseable, and yes, a new gasket is a must. To reinstall, use Ford's rope trick from their service manual.
