Isn't the 580hp Aluminator a Voodoo? On Fords site it says to use the 2nd gen Coyote Control Pack and a tune will be necessary.
Understandable. I wouldn't want the weight or the 5600 rpm redline though. Everyone is different. 580hp and shifting at nearly 8000 rpm sounds cool to me and if money wasn't a thing I would do it. You can find them for under $19kOuch on that price....without a flat plane crank I would much rather get a 460 crate engine for half the cost(a bit more than half by the time its trimmed out):
