I have a 67. And the entire front end seems to creak and move when driving under some what hard conditions. Although I have had the entire front end suspention worked on, including New Ball joints, bushing and sway bar. There seems to be some movement in the front end. Upon inspection, I noticed there is not much of a frame and support foundation under the older stangs. Any one ever have this problem. And if so, what can I do to fix it..

Try a one-piece export brace and Monte Carlo bar. That should stiffen things up for you. Also, you might double check to make sure there's no other damage to inner fender aprons, torque box, etc.

When you talk of bushings, Did they check or grease the upper A-arm bushings, or replace the strut rod bushings?

I'd check the upper A-frame bushings.
