just received a 67 steering wheel i bought off a person on the net. I was told it was in "good" condition but was never provided a pic. I still bought it sight unseen....big mistake on my part. Base has 2 large cracks and spokes have 3. Is there any way to restore this wheel or did i get sold junk?? It is a black plastic one.
Thanks

Easrwoods sells a Steering Wheel Restoration kit for about $25 that includes an instruction book and epoxy to fix cracks. if you want to go on cheap you could buy PC-7 that is the epoxy in the kit which is all you really need. booklet is nice in that it includes repair of all wheels and you have simple plastic one that all you do is grind out cracks in "V" shape, fill with epoxy, sand, and paint. Eastwoods sells good plastic paint products for preparing wheel. real easy on you wheel. PM me if you need anything further.
