wow I was working on the tail lights remove for painting. nobdody told me how to get to the screws behind the big rubber .. sheeesh no info in the book .. either ..

The chrome bezel (two studs each, 3 bezels a side) holds to whole light housing to body with nuts them under rubber gasket are six I think screws that hold len to housing. Correct? What's the question?

The thick rubber piece should just fall out. If it's original you may need to pry it out.

yup first I was trying all the nuts on the back side .. sheeesh then the thole thing went in the trunk .. easy to get the rubber out and poof... there is the screws ..well the rubber is bad and the bucket has rust in the bottom ... I thinking about going with Seq as I have to replace the red lens

You can buy repro rubber inserts, they fit tight, but at least FIT!
ponies.

I couldn't get the big repop rubber inserts to fit, tried everything. Had to re-use the originals.
