I know it's been asked but the more I look I keep wondering if 15/60/ 225 on 6" rims with 3.75 backspace are too wide for the back of my 67 convertible stock new leafs 6 cyl? I put 205/60/15 on the front and torn between 215s and 225s in the back. I don't want to deal with rubbing or rolling fenders. Thanks, sorry for beating a dead horse.

You can go 225's on the back with the wheel spec and leafs you describe and they should fit perfectly. The tire clearance would be identical to the same tire on a 7" rim with 4.25" backspacing, which is considered an optimal fitment. (y)

I would use a 205-65-15 on front and a 215-65-15 on the rear if you want a wider tire on back with a 6" wide rim. If you keep the 205-60-15 on the front use a 215-60-15 on the rear
