OK - so a number of years ago, we picked up a couple of coupes - plan was to try and do a his/hers restomod deal....
Unfortunately, life gets in the way; and project creep is a thing.
Started to tear in to the 68, got the engine and trans built and dropped in - then the wife wanted to see progress on her car, so switched to the 67. The 67 is currently getting a bunch of sheetmetal work done, so this 68 has just kinda stalled...and I'm getting frustrated by it, and would rather devote the time and effort to her car (happy wife, happy life thing).
It's obviously not quite ready for prime time, and still needs a bunch of work - but will try to list everything I've done so far, and what's included.
68 Coupe - original V8 car
347 stroker, block from an '86 model. Added the tunnel ram and carbs for that full-on redneck look.
T5 behind it, have the modified clutch pedal for the cable assembly, along with the rest of the parts for that conversion.
Long tube headers are on the engine, but nothing past that. Do have a dual kit (nothing fancy) that may be included if it goes for the asking price.
Replaced all the steering linkages, but not everything is installed for the column as yet.
Other bits I have that I may be inclined to throw in:
Flaming River column
EZ Wiring kit
Front apron sheet metal
Floor pans
Basically, looking to get out of it what I've put into it - between the car itself and the engine.
We got the car down in North Carolina, been in a garage here in Ohio ever since.
Clear title - heck it even technically has valid plates, since we had gotten vanity plates for it...
Pics I know aren't the greatest - need to get some of the clutter moved and at least get the dust blown off it.
Feel free to hit me up with any questions, advice, insults - whatever - will try to answer as best I can.
Obivously not something you're going to drive away - bring a trailer. If needed, I could be talked into delivery for a reasonable cost within a day's drive of me - have enclosed trailer to load everything in.
