Does anyone know if 68 J code rockers are adjustable or are they like my 67 302 ?

Post change L4 they would have positive stop studs. Don't remember the exact date of that change in '68. Get apic of the stud, it's pretty obvious if it's a positive stop or note. Either way, machining Windsor head for screw in studs and guideplates is pretty easy.
